How to Book Us (Online Booking)
- After placing an order via the WA, Email or Telephone order form, we will inform you of the order details such as invoice & booking confirmation.
- Then make a payment / DP of 20% (Package without/exclude Hotel), 30% (Package with/include Hotel), and 50% (Package with 5 Star Hotel*) of the total Invoice before the due date to replace the booking.
- Payment can be transferred via MANDIRI Bank (Personal/Admin Account) & MANDIRI Bank (Company Account) then please confirm proof of payment to our marketing staff via WA / email.
- After we receive the down payment, we will immediately process your booking.
- After the process is complete we will send you a Receipt/Payment Receipt as proof that the order has been confirmed with the DP that has been transferred.
- Payment is made on the D Day / first day of the tour via cash or bank transfer to our company account below:

Cancellation Policy
- Maximum cancellation after 3 days for cancellation fee is subject to a fee of 25% of the total price
- Cancellation on H-1 or D-Day, deposit money cannot be refunded
- Not present on the day with or without prior explanation, money cannot be refunded
- The guide has the right to cancel or change the schedule/itinerary if force majeure occurs (bad weather, natural disasters, war or other things beyond the control of the crew in the field which could endanger participants or crew)
- Changes or cancellations to the schedule/itinerary due to force majeure cannot be refunded
